Final suitability depends on the material, artwork, engraving area, detail and intended use. Larger or unusual jobs can still be submitted for assessment.

Design and setup fees
Design and setup fees may apply where artwork preparation, file preparation, modelling or production setup is required.

* Where the work required is unclear, we review your files before confirming any charge. Additional charges are never incurred without telling you first.
How custom quotes work
Quotes depend on the material, size, detail and quantity. The more detail you send, the easier it is to quote accurately.

Artwork and files
Logos, vector files and reference images are all useful. We can help prepare designs if needed.

Size and material
Tell us the finished size and the material you have in mind, or ask us to recommend one.

Engraving details
Include the exact wording, names or dates, and where the engraving should go.

Send your requirements through the form, with as much detail as you can, plus any reference images or files.

We review and quote
We'll contact you if we need more information. Most custom quotes are provided within approximately 3–5 business days.

Approve and pay
Designs or proofs are approved before production where applicable. Jobs under A$100 are paid in full; A$100 or more need a 50% deposit.

We make it
Production starts once everything is confirmed. Many custom orders take approximately 1–3 weeks after approval. We'll let you know when it's ready.
Have a deadline or event date? Include it with your enquiry. We'll always aim to meet it where practical and tell you before the order proceeds if we can't.

Jobs we can't accept
We won't accept jobs or materials that are unsafe, unsuitable for our equipment or outside our practical production capabilities, including:
- unknown or unidentified materials, or materials that may release hazardous fumes, gases or residues when processed
- files, designs or items we don't have the legal right or permission to reproduce
- prohibited or illegal items, or jobs that are technically unsuitable or unsafe
